Whenever you hear me talk sponsorship (yes, you hear my voice in your head, lol), the first thing you'll hear me say is this: "You've got to know your attendees/tribe/demographic. I'm going to ground and pound that into your mental because sponsors/partners don't buy events, they buy impressions and are looking for ROI. The more you can tell them exactly how your attendees are just like the customers that follow them on their social networks, the more likely you are to get a "YES."
